This is the 1940 Science Fiction thriller “Doctor Cyclops” picturing the mad scientist played by Albert Dekker who miniaturises explorers in his Amazonian jungle laboratory. Directed by Ernest B. Schoedsack who was the co-director of the original “King Kong” these fantastic stills are very rich in detail for a film which borrowed many ideas from the King Kong special effects man Willis O’Brien.
