The Gurnards Head is a protruding lump of rock between St Just and Zennor on the West Coast of Cornwall. If you walk from Zennor to the Gurnards Head, the path is rough and windy but the views, birds and wildflowers make it worth every step. Of course the final destination is the pub named after the rock itself and there you can enjoy a perfect lunch.
