The Italian translation is “Operation Thunderball” and this film poster hails from 1977. Interestingly the original artwork from the films first release in 1965 could not be improved upon for the cinema re-release in 1977 so it was reused as pictured here for the re-release and is available here fro a considerably more achievable price.
